Is there such thing as a non-linear fractal? I think this concept is relevant to the physics of Life, and the physics of Uniqueness. It could show how things develop individuality, personality. There would be two cases: Initial, and, through the passing of Time. Then, the combination of the two. Put everything physical and alive in the system. Then maybe we can see why the particular leaf which is like no other on that particular tree, which is like no other tree, came to be that way.
Normal "linear" fractals do not generate realistic computer-based renderings of landscapes. Non-linear fractals probably could. RN Boyd
