"Dmitriev's study begins by pointing out that the now government-acknowledged changes in the basic physics and behaviors of the Earth are becoming irreversible. Strong evidence suggests that these changes are caused by our movement into what Dmitriev calls a highly charged material and energetic non-uniformity, or what we would refer to as a higher density of aetheric energy, in nearby (local) interstellar space (the LISM). This previously unforeseen, highly charged energetic material is now being absorbed into the interplanetary area of our Solar System, creating hybrid processes and excited energy states in all planets, as well as the Sun. The observable effects of this transformation on Earth include an acceleration in our magnetic pole shift, a change in the vertical and horizontal content and distribution of ozone in the atmosphere and an ever-increasing magnitude and frequency of major catastrophic events. One important point that Dmitriev stresses is that this is not just his own hypothesis:
A greater number of specialists in climatology, geophysics, planetophysics and heliophysics are tending towards a cosmic causative sequence version for what is happening. Indeed, events of the last decade give strong evidence of unusually significant heliospheric and planetophysical transformations."

This actually aligns with the Mayan calendar, and the "Time Wave Zero" sequence of the I-Ching, as first proposed by Terrance McKenna.
The Time Wave Zero data indicates that when the wave function hits the zero point on the graph, that the King Wen sequence ends, implying the ending of time. This also implies a new beginning, a starting over, "a new heaven and a new earth". The Time Wave Zero data also implies the attainment of Global Unification of All Consciousness and an utter collapse of all psychological control systems.
According to the Mayan writings, these events are corresponding with the "Hunab Ku", the intelligence which lives at the center of our galaxy. The Hunab Ku transmits constant beams of aetheric flux, which have diverse properties, and influence the laws of physics in the volume of their radiance. The process is analogous to a lighthouse beam which constantly rotates so that light is visible in the circle. The difference here, is that the "searchlight beams"are all of different "colors", though of similar physical extent.
It has been predicted by myself, and others, that the laws of physics, as we know them today, will be undergoing some dramatic changes. One of the first changes will be an observable shift in the spin component of the electron. This altered electron spin will probably change the behaviors of electronic circuits. At this time, we are in the zone where there is a crossing-over between these two different colors of aetheric flux. Later, about 2012, we will be living in an entirely different "color".
Now, think about it... If, as I have stated, the magnetic vector potential (as one example) is a flux of subquantum particles, which act as the vehicles for the immense amounts of diverse informations which are carried by the aether flux, and if the internal properties of the aether which comprises that flux change, then so too, do the properties which arise from that aether.
And remember what I just said, even if you think of it as nonsense. Because you'll probably need it at some point.
